Registration for Congregation requires your HKUST alumni login account (@connect/ @alumni). To get prepared for next steps, please have your login username and password ready.
All system notifications will also be sent to the same account, make sure you have access to the emails or set up auto-forwarding for your convenience.
Forgot Username / Forgot Password
Login GSS to:
- Confirm your attendance
- Order guest tickets
- Request for parking permit (if applicable)
- Order graduation souvenirs
- Complete the graduate employment survey
All graduating students are required to wear a cap and gown in the Congregation ceremony.
The University’s souvenir shop offers unique graduation souvenirs for graduating students and their guests to commemorate this special occasion.
This is an annual survey conducted by the Career Center to understand the employment situation of the University’s fresh graduates. Your participation is vital to the University.
Graduates can bring family and guests back on campus for graduation photo-taking, no campus access ticket is required to enter the campus.
