Updated Photo-taking Arrangements on Campus

In response to the escalating COVID-19 situation, adjustments will be made on the photo-taking arrangements on campus (effective from Dec 2)

Extended period for 2020 graduates to bring visitors for Photo-taking on Campus

Graduates may register family and friends for photo-taking on campus for the Saturdays and Sundays from now to Dec 6, 2020, and Monday to Friday from Nov 23 to Dec 4

Photo-taking on Campus and Individual and Studio Photo Services

To facilitate the graduating class to bring family and guests back on campus for graduation photo-taking, the University will make special arrangements on campus access on the Saturdays and Sundays from November 14 to December 6, 2020.

Graduates could also choose to book the individual and studio photo services offered by our designated service provider, Kitman Photo.

Graduation Services System Launched

By using the Graduation Services System (GSS), you can confirm your participation, order graduation souvenirs, request for a printed copy of the ceremony program booklet and complete the graduate employment survey

You Got Invited to The 28th Congregation (2020)

An invitation email was sent to all eligible graduates on Sep 21.

Graduates may now upload a portrait of yours via the Portrait Upload System by 11:59pm, October 9, 2020 (Fri) so that we can recognize and present each of you nicely during the ceremony.
