Photo-taking on Campus
Graduates can bring family and guests back on campus for graduation photo-taking, no campus access ticket is required to enter the campus
Parking Arrangement for Photo-taking on Campus
There will be no parking spaces available on weekdays due to regular campus traffic.
For weekends on Congregation dates (i.e. Nov 25 & 26, Dec 2 & 3, 2023), a small number of campus parking spaces will be provided on a first-come-first-served basis for those registering via Graduation Services System, please find the parking information here. Hourly parking for the general public will be suspended.
For other weekends outside Congregation dates, hourly-rate visitor parking is provided, please refer to the information here.
Professional Photo Service
Professional photographers will be arranged to capture the moments of graduates presented on stage for those who attend the ceremony physically. Digital copies of the photos will be shared with you by session after the event. More details to be announced. Please stay tuned.
