Diploma, Transcript & Academic Achievement Medal
Overview
The degree diploma together with a free copy of academic transcript will normally be ready for collection by graduates around one month after the degree is conferred or on the day of graduation ceremony, whichever earlier. When the diploma package is ready, a notification with the collection details will be sent to graduates by email.

| On Ceremony Days | Graduates may collect the diploma and free transcript from the Academic Registry on the ceremony days in person/by representative.
An appointment must be scheduled in advance via the Appointment System (link to be provided soon) within the stated booking period. Walk-in collection will not be entertained. |

Collection by Post
- Graduates may request the documents be sent by registered mail or courier by submitting an online request. The package for the degrees conferred in November will only be sent out after the ceremony days.
- Due to the large volume of delivery requests, the total turnaround time (including office processing and post office / courier delivery) may take more than one month. Graduates are strongly recommended to collect the diploma package in person or by a representative on the ceremony days. Urgent delivery requests cannot be entertained.
Academic Achievement Medal
The Academic Achievement Medal (AA Medal) for the 2026 recipients will be available for collection from 2 November 2026.
For those who have not yet collected their diploma and free transcript: You may collect the AA Medal together with your diploma package (in person, by representative, or by post, as instructed above). The diploma package, together with the AA Medal, will be sent after 2 November 2026.
For those who have already collected their diploma and free transcript: You may collect the AA Medal in person or by a representative as instructed above. If you wish to have the AA Medal mailed to you, please contact us here.
Important Notes
The degree diploma is an IMPORTANT DOCUMENT FOR THE CERTIFICATION OF YOUR ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT and only one set is issued to each graduate. This document should be kept in a safe place after collection
- Before collecting the documents, you should SETTLE ALL FEES (e.g. tuition fee, medical insurance fee, library fines, etc.) and SUBMIT ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION (e.g. visa survey) to the University. AT LEAST FIVE WORKING DAYS should be allowed for the clearance procedure
