Registration for the ceremony should be made via the University's Graduation Services System (GSS) (link will be available soon), which will be open from Sept 29, 2026 (Tue), 11:00am HKT (GMT+8) - For Session 1 – 15, please register yourself and your guests (if any) no later than October 30, 2026 (Fri), 3:00pm HKT (GMT+8)
- For Session 16 – 27, please register yourself and your guests (if any) no later than November 13, 2026 (Fri), 3:00pm HKT (GMT+8)

Remarks- The physical “Graduate Name Card” needs to be redeemed by using the “Stage Sequence Number”, which will be included in the “Arrival Kit” email sent to you three (3) days before the ceremony. Graduates must present the email and collect the physical “Graduate Name Card” at the Graduation Ticket Collection Counter on the day of the ceremony for admission. - For Session 24, a limited number of Graduate e-tickets (with QR code) will be allocated to Master’s and Bachelor’s graduates who are interested in attending as audience members. The ticket should be presented at the ceremony for admission
- In Session 24, PhD Graduates are presented en-bloc in their seats. Their Graduate Ticket (with QR code) will be included in the “Arrival Kit” email sent to you three (3) days before the ceremony. The ticket should be presented at the ceremony for admission
- Guest e-Tickets (with QR code) will also be included in the “Arrival Kit” email sent to you three (3) days before the ceremony. The ticket should be presented at the ceremony for admission
- For Session 24, AA medalists are eligible to request an additional 2 tickets, subject to availability
