Registration & Tickets

Registration for the ceremony should be made via the University's Graduation Services System (GSS).

• For Session 1-4 (University-Wide Sessions on October 18) Please register yourself and your guests (if any) ㅤㅤno later than October 5, 2025 (Sun), 11:59pm HKT (GMT+8)

• For Session 5-24 (School-Based Sessions from November 15 - 29) Please register yourself and your guests ㅤ(if any) no later than November 2, 2025 (Sun), 11:59pm HKT (GMT+8)

Remarks

1) Your Stage Sequence Number will be included in the "Arrival Kit" email sent to you three (3) days before the ceremony. Graduates should collect their Graduate Ticket (aka Name Card) with the number at the Graduate Ticket Collection Counter on the day of the ceremony

2) A limited quota of seats will be given to Master's and Bachelor's graduates who are interested in attending Session 1 as audience

3) In Session 1, PhD Graduates are presented en-bloc in their seats. Tickets will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Their Graduate Ticket (with QR code) should be presented at the ceremony for admission

4) Guest Tickets (with QR code) will be included in the "Arrival Kit" email sent to you three (3) days before the ceremony.
