Ceremony Arrangements

Please refer to the chart below for the ceremony arrangements of different sessions:

 

Remarks

1) AA Medals/ Medalists" stands for "Academic Achievement Medals/ Medalists" 

2) A limited quota of seats will be given to Master's and Bachelor's graduates who are interested in attending Session 1 as audience

3) In Session 1, PhD graduates will be presented en-bloc (together as a group) in their seats, but not on stage

4) Please refer to "Event Schedule" for the exact session requiring your attendance
