Remarks

1) Your Stage Sequence Number will be included in the "Arrival Kit" email sent to you three (3) days before the ceremony. Graduates should collect their Graduate Ticket (aka Name Card) with the number at the Graduate Ticket Collection Counter in Shaw Auditorium on the day of the ceremony

2) A limited quota of seats will be given to Master's and Bachelor's graduates who are interested in attending Session 1 as audience

3) In Session 1, PhD Graduates are presented en-bloc in their seats. Tickets will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Their Graduate Ticket (with QR code) should be presented at the ceremony for admission

4) Guest Tickets (with QR code) will be included in the "Arrival Kit" email sent to you three (3) days before the ceremony.
