Guest Tickets

Participating graduates (except for PhD, Master's & Non-AA medalists Bachelor's graduates attending Session 24) can bring up to two guests to respective ceremony session(s). Guest tickets will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis based on the registration time record on GSS. Should there be any overflow, guests will be assigned to watch the livestream in a designated hall or room near or inside the Shaw Auditorium.

Guests without pre-reserved tickets may line up at our walk-in guest ticket counter outside Shaw Auditorium on the ceremony day, for the chance to obtain a walk-in ticket. The counter typically opens 45 minutes before the ceremony begins. In order to collect the ticket, the guest will need to present the student ID number of the graduate they are associated with. Each guest in the queue can obtain no more than one ticket. 

Please note that walk-in tickets are not guaranteed, as they will only be available if there are vacant seats, and the quantity is likely to be limited. If there are no more available tickets, walk-in tickets for livestream will be distributed.
