Tickets for Graduates

Bachelor's Graduates &
Master's Graduates (except for SSCI's MPhil)
 

You will need to collect your "Graduate Ticket (aka Name Card)" at the Graduate Ticket Collection Counter in Shaw Auditorium. Please present the "Stage Sequence Number" indicated in the arrival kit, which you will receive via email 3 days before the session. The Counter will open 1 hour prior to the ceremony and will remain open for 30 minutes afterwards.

PhD Graduates
 

You will receive a Graduate e-Ticket (with QR code) in an arrival kit via email 3 days before the session. Please present the ticket at the Graduate Entrance of Shaw Auditorium for admission.

Academic Achievement (AA) Medalists
 

You will need to collect your "Graduate Ticket (aka Name Card)" at the Graduate Ticket Collection Counter in CMA Lecture Theatre (LT-L), Cheng Yu Tung Building. Please present the "Stage Sequence Number" indicated in the arrival kit, which you will receive via email 3 days before the session. The Counter will open 1 hour prior to the ceremony and will remain open for 30 minutes afterwards.

Master's & Bachelor's (Non-AA Medalists) Graduates
 

You are not required to attend this Session. However, a limited number of Graduate e-tickets (with QR code) will be available for Master's & Bachelor's graduates to register and attend Session 24 as audience. Successful registrants will receive the ticket in an arrival kit via email 3 days before the session. Please present the ticket at the Graduate entrance of Shaw Auditorium for admission.

All PhD Graduates & SSCI’s MPhil Graduates (Session 27 Only) 
 

You will need to collect your "Graduate Ticket (aka Name Card)" at the Graduate Ticket Collection Counter in CMA Lecture Theatre (LT-L), Cheng Yu Tung Building.
